Dedicated Educators
We are incredibly proud of the amazingly talented and dedicated Educators at our Center. The teaching staff at Peppermint Patty's are professional and highly qualified individuals who are dedicated to working with children. We have teachers who have worked at Peppermint Patty's for years and other staff with years of experience working with children. All lead teachers have the Kansas early education requirements, and all staff are CPR and First Aid certified, participate in annual in-service training twice a year, and online training that fulfills the required continued education hours each year.

At Peppermint Patty's Preschool, we have taken great care and consideration in preparing a safe, positive, child-friendly environment together with a curriculum that provides your child with opportunities to learn and grow.
Our preschool combines learning experiences and structured play in a fun and nurturing way, so that we offer far more than just child care. Early years are learning years...make them count!!!
OUR PHILOSOPHY & GOALS
The philosophy of our program is to provide a happy, loving atmosphere where the children have an opportunity to socialize with other children and to learn about their world in a child-initiated environment. We believe that children learn best and are better prepared for future educational experiences in a learn through play environment where they are encouraged to be productive and creative. Children will also be introduced to other activities through lesson planning and learning centers that will allow them to explore their worlds, how it works, and how they fit in to it. Our goal is to help facilitate confidence and independence, and provide activities that are age appropriate and allow for children to do their own "creations" without the teacher expecting things to be done perfectly or by an adult.
Hours
Monday- Friday 6:30am- 6:00pm
We are a year-round licensed facility.
